Problem statement
Homeaway was looking to assess India as a market to build initial practice of product managers in India.
Solution
The concept was to host an open house as a ice breaker, where curated talent can meet the CxO’s directly and ask questions on what homeaway is and why India is of importance to them. The conversatio was a no filter conversation where applicants can ask anything under the sky from vision, team, engineering, compensation,benefits, food and what not!
